Yes, we deliver nationwide from our warehouses to your location.


Can I send in my own cores or keying instructions?

Yes, you can submit your own keying instructions. We also accept prepped cores for custom pinning services.


Can I get support for obsolete or hard-to-find hardware?

Yes, we work with multiple suppliers to source legacy products or suggest compatible replacements when available.


Do you provide training for new products?

Yes, we regularly offer product installation training for both new and existing mechanical products.


Can you send someone on-site to help design integrated security solutions?

Yes, our experienced staff can assess your security hardware needs on-site or remotely using video and images.


Do you carry products beyond what’s listed on the website?

We stock over 17,000 products! If you can’t find what you’re looking for, we can often special order it directly from the manufacturer. Contact us to learn more.


What is your return policy?

We accept returns for most products with the following conditions:

  • Returns must be authorized within 5 days of the invoice date.

  • Items must be in salable condition with original packaging and all components.

  • A 25% restocking fee applies.

  • Non-stock items, printed materials, software, and tools cannot be returned.

  • Returns must be freight prepaid and include the original invoice number.

Why can’t I see prices?

Prices are only visible when you are logged in with an approved business account.


Can I add keying instructions to my order?

Yes. Add all keying instructions in the comment box during checkout.


How do I create a Seccan online account?

Click Login/Register > Create a Company, complete the form, and submit your request. The person who creates the account becomes the account admin and can add as many users as needed, each with different permission levels. Once approved, you’ll receive an email to set your password.
